5G deployment: incremental increase in frequency levels and adoption of the millimeter wave, and targeted public areas such as arenas in the frequency range of 26 to 38 GHz.
3.8 GHz spectrum is scheduled to commence with auction in early 2023, and millimeter auction in 2024. The 5G millimeter wave is in the 24 to 100 GHz frequency range.
The Government of Canada and its multi-controlled offshoots projects on the Canadian people that they want greater frequency:

Thus creating the basis, justification for 5G deployment.
In reality, 5G at greater frequencies is being deployed for the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution aka Great Reset that includes digitalization of society including ID and currency, and the expansion of artificial intelligence including AI drones, robots, and machines.
It should be noted through 4G Canadians have fast internet access. The Canadians we talked to for the most part do not want 5G and everything that comes with it.
Further, it should be noted that Health Canada and the multi-controlled political deep state in Canada have completely ignored any non-thermal health effects from EMF radiation, and despite hundreds of scientific studies warning of serious health effects including cancer, diabetes, oxidative stress, and blood and organ disorder.

Furthermore, due to an oligopoly and limited regulation (though political collusion with the telecommunication industry), Canada has some of the highest wireless rates in the world. In 2020, a study found that Canada had the highest rates of 28 Western countries. So the Government of Canada and its multi-controlled offshoots are lying to Canadians again:

NCA supports an immediate moratorium on 5G in public area to address the potentially serious health and societal impacts including employment.
At NCA we realize that most Canadians are clueless about the realities as indicated by their slavish drone like obedience to the multi-controlled political establishment, which is harming them and putting their future in peril.
